- Your name, company and destination country
- Existing model or full series reference, including readable suffixes
- Shaft diameter and metric or inch units
- Housing type plus centre height, bolt spacing or flange pattern
- Quantity and any OEM marking, bore, material, seal or packing request
- Operating environment: dust, moisture, washdown, temperature, speed and lubrication access
- A drawing or clear machine photo when replacement geometry is uncertain

Can I send a sample request?
Yes. State the model or dimensions, quantity and destination. Sample availability and commercial terms are confirmed on the quotation.
What is needed for a custom bearing-unit quote?
Provide shaft diameter, housing form, mounting dimensions, quantity and the special requirement, such as bore, housing material, seal arrangement, colour, marking or packaging.
Do you support private-label enquiries?
Brand marking and packaging requests can be reviewed when the product specification and order requirement are clear.
What if the old model number cannot be read?
Send the shaft diameter, mounting dimensions and clear photos of the complete housing, locking area and machine position. A dimensioned sketch is even better.
