EVER POWER & NSK Bearing Unit Cross-Reference Guide
NSK-bearing-unit enquiries frequently begin with familiar UCP, UCF or UCFL-style series language. That is a useful first filter, but the complete printed code, housing form and suffix information should stay with the RFQ because similar family labels do not prove identical construction.
Use the model as a search clue
First classify the unit: EP-UCP for a base-mounted pillow-block discussion, EP-UCF for a four-bolt flange, EP-UCFL for a compact two-bolt flange, or EP-UC when the insert is being replaced separately. Then compare the machine dimensions.
Minimum measurement set
| Unit type | Measure on the installed machine |
|---|---|
| Pillow block | Bore; centre height; base length; bolt spacing |
| Square flange | Bore; flange size; four-hole spacing; projection |
| Oval flange | Bore; flange length/height; two-hole spacing; projection |
When the suffix is unclear
Do not discard letters or numbers after the main series. Send a close-up of the marking and note whether the unit is metric or inch oriented. If the original label is unreadable, a dimensioned photo and the machine application are more dependable than guessing the lost suffix.
What the quote should resolve
The response should identify the proposed EVER POWER family, the bore under review and the mounting dimensions that have been matched or still need confirmation. Seal, locking and environment details can then be checked as part of the ordered configuration.
