Heavy contamination changes the bearing-unit decision
For field and mining equipment, describe dust, soil, water exposure and shock. A housing that fits dimensionally may still be a poor choice if the locking or sealing approach does not suit the duty. In a conveyor, identify whether the position is a fixed support or a take-up point and include the required adjustment travel.
Prepare the RFQ around the machine
Provide the existing model, bore, base or flange dimensions, quantity and installation photos. If the unit is imported as part of an OEM supply chain, list packing, marking and documentation requirements at quotation stage. Any local tax or import classification should be confirmed by the buyer or broker for the actual shipment and product classification.
